How can a company ensure that the web promotion company that they appoint is worthy of the name? Where can you find an affordable web promotion service? These are the questions that I will be answering within this article.

It can be like a minefield when attempting to pick “the right” web promotion agency. They are all “experts” or “specialists” in SEO or web promotion, well that is at least what they say.

I have interests in a number of websites including ones about stuttering treatment, obtaining cheap phone calls and about composite doors; I know from my own personal experiences about how hard it is to find a web promotion service that works.

In my opinion there is only one way that we can judge the merits of a web promotion company and that is by their past results. You may well find that many of them will shy away from letting you have access to these results – I wonder why? The web promotion specialists, and I am talking about the one’s that justify being called a specialist, will be more than happy to let you know which websites that they have been working on as well as the key phrases they have been promoting.

At this stage I would not just take their word for it and would therefore make a couple of phone calls asking something like:

“Hi, I am sorry to bother you. I believe that webpromotionuk have been promoting your company website and I am thinking of hiring them as well. I was just wondering how you found them thus far. Are you pleased with the overall service that they have provided?”

This may be slightly below the belt in the eyes of some of the readers of this article. It is certainly accepted in other areas of business therefore why not in SEO and web promotion tips? I sometimes think that some of the people in this industry think they are somehow different to any other business, and that they are actually better. Well without a recognised examination, with many of them scamming their clients with false promises and with many others unable or unwilling to prove their past results I can categorically confirm that the majority of these so called “web promotion experts” are a pure waste of space!
